Franklins had wooden chassis frames through 1927. In 1928 only the short wheelbase Franklin had the laminated ash frames, the larger cars had steel. By 1929 all Franklins had steel frames.

Looks like a 38 Chrysler to me. Keiser will know.

I'll try to get an estimate from Shrock, shortly

No one interested in the pedal covers? Dave P

Mike. I studied the pictures closely, there is a lot of things that don't appear quite right with that car. The price is way too high. Dave P

Rob and Steve. I believe my Olympic has the original pedal pads and they are different than what Metro Molded has. I contacted Shrock Bros. in Pa, they make beautiful pedal pads for Studebakers in the 30s and they said they could make pedal pads for the Olympic if I could supply a good original. I'd be glad to pursue it if there is interest, I'll take a good photo of a pedal pad tomorrow. Dave P

The Stude price has been reduced to $10000. I don't want this car to sit outside in Maryland winter. Someone please give it a nice warm garage!

Yes, all three of us were at Hershey on Wednesday and Thursday. Found some stuff for the 21 Franklin. We has originally intended to take the 27 up on Saturday but the weather stopped that.

I have a 27 11B. They are absolutely wonderful driving cars. If the car has been idle for a while, I would check to make sure that there are no stuck valves, especially the exhaust valves. If you have any more questions, Paulf is very sharp on Franklins and I am pretty knowledgable on the 11B, Dave

I think it is a 34 . My 33 has a completely different dash. different headlights and does not have the skirted front fenders. Also cben09 comment about stuck valves is very important. Dave
