She seems to be asking a little much for this car, I bought a 89 with about 90,000 miles for $2200 and mine has a sunroof and 16 way power seats, tell her good luck
-
Still a little high on price, I sold a pair together on ebay with high miles one had about 170,000 miles and the other had about 134,000 miles and both were in good condition inside and out and only got $2600 for the pair..
-
I wish people would put the mileage in their ads, it's really not that hard to do.
-
Sounds HIGH to me, I sold a pair of Reattas on ebay (1) 89 and (1) 90 both had over 130,000 miles in good condition and was only able to get $2600 for the pair. I have a 89 (Gray) with about 94,000 miles and would love to get $3000 for it.

My sons Pontiac GTP had this same problem and all I had to do to fix this problem is clean the drain tubes out from the sun roof, if your car has a sun roof make sure the drain isn't pluged.

I bought a 89 a few years ago and the engine cradle was poorly welded back together due it rusting in half, also the cradle bushings need to be checked.

Here's the link, and yes you can part this out for more then the asking price.

I sold a pair of Reattas on ebay in one auction, 1 was a 89 with 165,000 miles the other was a 90 with 135,000 miles but just looking and driving them you would think they were both under 80,000 miles and they only sold for $2600 for the pair

I find the KBB and NADA are ALWAYS out in left field and NEVER even close to what the market is going for so I go to www.traderonline.com and put the info on what car you are looking for, at the bottom of the page it will tell you high/low ASKING price, I have found this to be the best way to see what any car is going for, just make sure you compare the mileage to yours.......Just my opinion

In the plant they had polls that would extend from the floor and not chains that held the car in place as they would put the car thru it's paces to make sure every thing worked.

Notice how the RH headlight cover fits, in the early days we had to check just about every car in diferent stages of asm. to see what was causing panels to be mis-aligned, (gap and flush) and it wasn't just the head lights it was every panel.

All you have to do to post a link is go to the address bar ad copy it, then paste it into your reply.
It's sold, I hope someone didn't pay to much for parts I sold 2 for $50 each and they were only used for parts.
-
So everyone doesn't have to go searching on ebay for it, here's the link

I went by the Craft Center yesterday and took pictures, I will post them when I get back home some time next week. Just looks like the back half of the building and the old stamping building is all that remains.
-
Phil is there any way you can get pictures and post them here?
-
Dont bother replying to me about the Teves, I will not deal with people like you who doesn't get back and answer questions.
-
What about the price for the Teves? working order?
-
Does it have a good working Teves unit? If so how much?
Thanks John

Well the Insurance called me today to tell me the quote from the body shop was only off by $23 (body shop $2095, insurance company $2072 in damages) and will send me the check in 2 days, so I will take it to have it fixed as soon as the body shop can get it in.
F.Y.I. the adjuster told me they will total the car @ 75% of it's value and this adjuster said they use N.A.D.A. pricing, I told them I don't trust any of the so called "Blue Books" due to the fact that they do not match what people are asking and selling these cars for and are not even close from one book to another.
Thanks to all for the advice.
-
Just like Kelly Blue Book and NADA, they have no clue what the real value is. My insurance company said after minor hail damage at a cost of $2095 the car may be totaled, keep in mine it's a 1990 Reatta with only 60,225 miles. Is there a place we can get a "Real" value? I go to Traderonline.com and see what people are asking, this usually gets me in the ball park.
-
But Phil you haven't seen it with all the little dents in it.
-
Well I took it to the body shop the insurance company recommended and the price is $2095 they found a lot more little dents then I seen So it looks like a block, prime reblock some filler in larger dents which can't be pulled then a total repaint of the car since the winds were so strong I have some hail damage on the side panels. I'm ok with a repaint since someone tried to rub the car out before me and burned thru the paint on the edges.
Waiting for the insurance company to approve.

Thanks Tom, my deductible is only $100 and I live way out in the country so a "large car dealer" is out of the question. There is a very small body shop not to far away and I may see what they have say also.
