Looks like a 26 or early 27 Dodge.

Use stainless steel pistons. I put them in my 38 Dodge years ago; still no problems. Not sure where to buy them now. The white substance is probably the aluminum pistons corroding.

Those are wheel bolts , I need studs that are pressed in from the inside of the brake drum .
1/2 ton used bolts, 3/4 ton used studs. You must have a 3/4 ton?

I have 2 DX3's with adjustable jets. Many carburetors had adjustable main jets, some for gas differences and some to support cars used in high altitudes. This was the first downdraft carburetor used by Chrysler (late 1929) and the main jet was possibly sized by design for average use and not by a long test procedure. Therefore, adjustable jets may have been supplied at a later date for compensation.

Anyone have an operating one to spare? Mine was disconnected when I got the car and will work when hooked up but it gets very hot in a short period of time. Can these be repaired?
The electrical connection is to the starter switch and only gets the voltage when cranking. It not hooked up to constant power. If that helps. You should have a switch as shown.

From the rules book:
The fire extinguisher must be UL-approved or equivalent and fully charged. Fire extinguishers
without a gauge: ensure the nozzle is not obstructed and the safety seal is intact. The
extinguisher need not be permanently mounted, but must clearly visible and readily available. -

Windsor is not listed in my Wagner book.
There was a guy in Maryland (Keto) who used to own a Windsor roadster.
-
I have a 1946 Wagner brake book. As an example, I looked up 32 Chrysler CI that has 12 inch drums. They list the springs as FC 2501. These springs are a 3 piece design and have a o/a length of 5-29/32". Over 2" shorter then you need? As I asked earlier, what particular car are these spring for? All springs for 12" drums may not be the same.

What particular car are these springs for?

I took a SO test gauge that stopped working and the SO guy said it would have to be sent back to the factory for replacement. That was a couple years ago, factory still has it. I have had SO open end wrenches break. I will stick with Craftsman and SK.

That looks like a generic (Fram?). If it had an oil filter originally you would have to replace the complete unit; no internal cartridge replacement. Take the top off and see if there is a cartridge in there. If not measure the inside diameter and depth and go to a parts store that sells filter. They can probable get something that fits. May be a Fram C-4

They said to put it in and drive the car for a few days. Water has to be hot to work. I am going on a 3 day car tour next month and will give it a try.
