No car stuff here either, but I did get a hospital bill when Kathy fell on ice and busted her head. A trip to the emergency room and a cat scan on Christmas day and all is well. The bill and the car should have about the same cost. OH well time to fire up the big green egg and a Bud light and its all good now
Happy New Year everybody

The time has come to part with my 84 Riviera Convertible. Car has 58000 miles and runs good. Interior is in good shape. Old tires but lots of tread. Ac has be converted to 134A. Has aftermarket alarm. Car is located in Kansas and I can furnish photos by email.
I am asking 9500.00 but I will accept an offer. Car is not perfect but well above average

sounds like head gasket to me. I have had to replace them on a 3.1 and 3.8. not had any problems with the Reatta motor but GM has had a lot of issues with them for all motors according to my mechanic

Perfect weather here in Kansas, lots of football with an understanding wife, plenty of good food and all my family and neighbors and my favorite dog, it just doesnt get much better here, just wish all our service men are safe and we bring them home soon

From what I can remember the STP (Scientifically Treated Petroleum) was made famous by Andy Granatelli in the 60s and 70s. He was a driving force behind several Indy Cars and sponsorship of racecar driver Richard Petty. He had STP on everything from cars to pit crews. We would use the stuff and it covered a lot of sins back in the early days of hot rodding. I used a lot of it and I dont know if it did any good but I dont think ever did any harm. Ahh those were the good ol days

This is very cool, I would think that an old upright piano from that time would have been fairly rare, I thought most pianos from that era would be a grand. Just guessing.
