  1. I need a compressor and condensor for my 90 coupe. Some of us were buying from TechChoice (I replaced this compressor with one from TechChoice in June of 2010 and it is leaking) but I just called and they have the compressor on back order. Can I get some other suggestions on a good place to purchase a/c "stuff" Their price on the compressor is 168.00 and the condensor 63.00. Any suggestions and help will be appreciated...

    Thanks,

    Nic

  2. Thanks a lot Ronnie. I actually looked for the issue on your site before posting - I couln't find, but totally my fault I am sure.

Anyway...I am not sure it is the magnet itself - can someone tell me if there is a way to diagnosis just the sensor sensor please?

    thanks,

    Nic

  3. I have several 1990 wheels that I must liquidate due to moving and space limitations. I bought new wheels, and these are just extras (insurance type of thought) + the take offs when I put the new ones on. I have more than 1 set ....maybe two sets (wheels are at a different location). The wheels are in very nice condition with the factory clear coat already removed. This post is to test to see if anyone mingt be interested - I have no price or value in mind at present. Please email / PM me if interested.

    Thanks,

    Nic

  4. My check engine lite appeared and the dash diagnostics provided a 41 trouble code - Has been a long time since I needed to replace the cam sensor magnet - where to I find the instructions (Padgets tutoral) please?

    Thanks,

    Nic

  5. Possibly another silly situation that I have created for myself. I am moving across town to larger home with a garage, and I am constantly towing a small 4 X 8 utility trailer behind me. When I am parking on hilly landscape I have been using the handbrake. Yesterday when arriving at the new home I attempted to apply the foot brake and it was already applied - who knows how long I have been driving around with the foot brake on...silly-goofy-stupid I guess. Anyway, I will head to a shop where I can put the car in the air and check the brakes for damage, but now I have another problem to contend with that I have never had the un opporturity to deal with - handbrake adjustment. I think someone (Barney maybe) had a tutoral many many years ago.....does anyone remember or is there a newer tutoral on rear foot brake adjustment/repair please - it stands in my mind that the procedure is tricky? I looked on Ronnie's site - no luck.....

    Thanks for any help,

    Nic

  7. I have to get my 91 State Inspected this month and I thought I had a left turn signal bulb out as the left side would not flash at all. I started to replace the left front bulb - pulled it out of the socket and out of curiousity tried to operate it and it worked....slowly. I re installed the bulb and it continued to blink slowly (the right side signals blink fast). I then cut on the head lights and the left side stopped working. Cut the headlights off and the left signals would again blink slowly - can someone tell me what is going on ....Please ? ?

    Thanks,

    Nic

  8. I have had the 26 code for several years now and would love to know the exact or most common reason for it. This is a good thread and hope it continues until exacting resolution/s are discovered or problem/s are solved...

    thanks,

    Nic
