  1. Several of the members of this forum have donated pix to a web site I did HERE , Considering you aren't going to retire on what you make on it, I would imagine they wouldn't mind shareing a little more. All the images have been edited down a bit so if you see something you really want, let me know and I can send the original,

  2. I just put my new rear struts on, so I'm an extremely happy camper. For a car as old as mine, I think maintenance and repairs are to be expected, Nothing has been very costly to fix.

Step 2 ( after step 1 Purchase a Reatta ) Get hold of a Factory Service Manual. P&I is real helpfull too. There is nothing mystical about these cars, with the PROPER procedures most repairs can be done by anyone that can turn a wrench. The tough part is figuring out exactly what needs to be repaired

Step 3 bookmark this forum in your favorite browser, this will assist greatly in the figure out stage.

  3. <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body"> Notice the red text above the big BUICK </div></div>

It is the text on the cover, not the cover itself that is red. it reads " NEW PRODUCT INFORMATION" in red right above the word BUICK. If you see this on the manual, it is NOT a complete manual.

  4. Sorry spongebob, you are already out of date, the newest one has section 9L - Electronic Compass, Reattas never had them, but the Rivieras had it as an option. Don't know but seems like the Reattas should have a loose wire somewhere, I'm sure they didn't do a special wiring harness for a compass.

I'm glad you are finding it usefull, I think the bookmarks make it easier to use than the paper copy. Enjoy the filler in the root directory, oops folder.

See my previous post, I'm going for the ragtop manual.

  5. IF I had a ragtop, I'ld buy it, scan it, and add it to the online manuals, filing the paper copy away for safe keeping. Unfortunatly, a Maui Blue ragtop hasn't found it's way to my house. So I'm doing this more to fill holes in the online manual lineup than for my own use. I'm more than willing to put the time and effort into the scanning, but draw the line at bidding and reselling. Too much fuss for something I will have no use for.
