Looking for a ring gear carrier for a 1911 Buick model 26.
Many cars of the era used these same castings.
The ring gear I.D. is 6 inches the O.D. of that flange is 7 inches.Ring gear end.
There are 12 holes in a 6 1/2 bolt circle. 3/4 spider pins.
The axle end has a welded and staked ring the bore about 5/8 deep is 2.013 in the carrier to accept the ring.
The through hole in the casting at the axle end is 1 5/16.
The bearing boss O.D. is 1.950 again on the axle end.

As niceas the AACA Forum is you REALLY need to post this entire request with photos on the HAMB website, place is FULL of vintage race car guys more than willing to help you with this project. I'll did through my Pre WWII issues of Throttle magazine, I think there was a feature on Jack in one issue. Good luck with the project! </div></div>
Another place for Rajo Jack information, photos and a great repository for these photos would be the RacingHistory group. www.racinghistory.org

I'm interested in knowing what software tour planners find most convenient to use. I'm specifically interested in web-base (i.e. "free") programs work best. A feature I think I'd like to see is the ability to "click" locations/intersections, etc., so that a map can be produced on a turn-by-turn basis, not simply the quickest or shortest. We all know the quickest or shortest is often not the most interesting.
Thanks.

Looking for the large wheel gear to mount on the
inside of the front wheel on my 1914 Overland 79T.
It should be the Stewart #241 66 teeth and 10 pitch.
It is the model with 4 "spokes" supporting the gear-toothed
rim on the hub.

Actually there's probably a dozen or more 1913 Cadillac Roadsters; but fewer 1914 Roadsters (maybe 6 total left that we know about). If you're looking for help with a copper-cylinder (pre-1915) Cadillac, go to The Early Cadillac Group at
www.earlycadillac.org and join. You can't beat the price, it's free! There are over 200 members world-wide that are one and four cylinder fans discussing all aspects of our favorite automobiles.

The Early Cadillac Group members are busy making reproduction projects for many models and items. We're about ready to make some more gear drive covers suitable for the 1914 model only. Cost is $360 plus minor shipping, with a $200 deposit. Contact me immediately as the project needs to get started next week and your commitment (deposit) is needed. Can anyone confirm if the 1931 LaSalle 2-Passenger Coupe, Style 31-658 shared the same door sill plate as the 1931 2-dr Convertible Cabriolet with Rumble Seat? I'm suspecting this convertible is Style 31-668. It appears that the length of the sill plate is approx. 31-7/8". Super thanks for any assistance.

Bob's done a couple of clutches for us (Overland and Cadillac) and I've been very pleased by his work. He's even crawled under and adjusted my Overland while on a National Tour. Great people.

Hi
I'd suggest that you go to the BrassBuicks group both with your questions and also to let an enthusiastic group of over 300 early Buick fans know about your car.

Thanks for the great lead. I'll pass it on to my friend.

I have a friend that now owns a 1965 Le Mans convertible. He's done a lot of clean-up and solved some drivability problems, but is now looking for sources for body parts, chrome/trim reproduction parts, etc. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
