  8. Dear centurion, please pardon me on this message intrusion, but i wanted to contact you. I am a new member to the AACA and based in the uk and do not have the privilege to message you directly so i thought i would try via the forum. I would be very grateful if you would help with some information regarding my 61 Invicta as i read an article you posted in 2004 and helped a fellow member and you seem most knowledgeable and helpful to fellow members. I would fully understand if you do not have the time. I did find your email but it seems it is not current. Regards Jon

  10. Are 61 impala spindles the same as the 61 LeSabre invicta and will they fit the Buick, if not does anyone know why
  11. Hi thanks for the help, i am on team Buick and broke the vin down with that but although it tells you the code reference it doesn’t give specific reference to pattern or colours or the acc digit reference that i can see
  12. hi, having been able to purchase a great 61 invicta bubble top, i am now trying to decode the body plate. i have decoded the vin and some of the tag which confirms the car is correct except the exterior colour is incorrect. It had a repaint at some stage in the states before it came to the uk and has been done a slightly darker blue with white roof but it should be all one colour. I think the interior trim is incorrect the code is 611 and not sure what that is and not sure what the acc G is, can anyone help as am based in the uk and info is non existent here, any help appreciated. Jon
