  1. Yea going by most classics you see for sale now and for what it is it is a deal no doubt. Wish it were closer to here.
  2. Well Jim called me last night. I guess my emails had gone to his spam or he hadn't recognized my email address. Was nice to hear from him.
  3. Anyone heard from Jim lately? I sold him this car and was somewhat following his progress but haven't seen anything in a while. I've sent him a few emails with no reply. Hope all is well

  5. A major resto beyond me for sure but surprisingly cool that there's still cars such as this out there in waiting.
  6. Yea not bashing the car. Despite it's inequities it is a 1930 Cadillac and the price is not totally ridiculous. Depends on what you like I guess but I've seen some pretty hideous rat rods and "patina pickups" priced as much or more.
  7. It also has an accessory trunk where the factory metal trunk goes and is missing the trunk rack and it's components. Looking at the underneath maybe it's what was a decent car robbed of it's goodies for a more desirable car?
  8. 1932 all original International Panel truck. Original wood paneling & windows. Runs great. New tires. A must see https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/409464405094710/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post
  9. Not near as bad as I thought. Having never been here I thought with my luck they were studs and they'd have to be drilled out but not the case. I just need a trip to town for longer bolts. Whew!
  10. As I suspected "simple" did not apply here. Whoever rigged this bumper/rack arms on the car(put the inner bumper brace to the outside of the tail pan instead of behind it) sawed the frame studs off leaving them too short for the correct part. O well, new experience coming up.
  11. Thanks Dave, Ended up 100 even with tax and shipping. Quick turnaround. I shipped on 2/17 and got them back 3/5. Well worth it.
