  1. I will be driving a maroon 52 Buick Super woodie wagon. What is the procedure for cleaning your car once you get to the hotel.
  2. Has anyone mentioned plugged fuel filter or fuel pressure low?
  3. I just reserved a room at the host hotel this evening June 28. I have never been to a national event before so where will the "judging field" be from the hotel?
  4. Pete, thank you for answering . I will just half to look harder.
  5. Thank you for your advise. It was repaired by one of the top three repair shops in the US. They know what they are talking about.
  6. Was in a bad wreck last fall with my 52 Buick Super. My upper grill bar was destroyed. My parts car had a grill bar so I had it rechromed. The chrome shop said it is in bad shape and will not last long, I should look for a replacement. So I am looking for a replacement. A 51 or 52 Super or Roadmaster grill bar will work. Does anyone have one or leads to one ?
  7. My 1952 Buick Super was involved in an accident last fall. The hood, both front fenders, inner fenders and the front suspension (frame) was destroyed. I installed a sub frame and now I am getting ready to install replacement fenders and hood. I have a 52 Buick shop manual. It does not cover when you start all over. Has anyone have ideas on where to start?
  8. Where is all the electricity going to come from? Wind mills and solar panels are not going to cut it. Nuclear power?
  9. I looked at their wed site and it does not include the area around the steering column. But thank you anyway. Does anyone else have an idea?
  10. This is my first post. I have a 52 Buick Super. Looking from the engine side where the steering column extends through the firewall the original insulation covering was black foam with 3/8 inch dimples. It would remind you of bubble wrap painted black. Over the years mine has fell apart from age and heat. Does anyone have an idea where I could get some or a substitution material? I prefer the dimple look.
  11. DualQuadDave, I am new on the site so I can not use the Email in the system yet. I do not want my contact information out for everyone to see and I doubt if you do either. Are you on V-8 Buick or Team Buick? I could give you my Email address that way.
  12. I have everything including the steering column. Mine is on a 1952 263. It is still on the engine . Perfect condition was in use till a year ago.
  13. Do you still have the three grove pulleys? These the ones for the water pump?
