  1. Oh alright, Iam going to do that today once I get back from school. thank you for the help 🙏🏽
  2. Do I have to take the master cylinder off to do adjust it? Or can I adjust it from inside the car? And my brake light don’t stay on when it happens and the pedal comes back like its supposed to. the only thing I haven’t don’t to use turn my drums could not doing them cause they this to happen?
  3. The wheels won’t turn while the car is at rest. And I have to have it a lot for it to move. And it’s all 4 wheels
  4. Hello y’all, Iam stumped I’ve changed all my brake lines, fitting, hoses, all the whee cylinders, pads, springs. And all four of my wheels are locking up! The only thing I haven’t changed is my master cylinder and my brake booster. Has anyone had this similar issue? If so how did you fix it? thank you
  5. What that be the same for a 66?
  6. I’ll try to do that. If it doesn’t work out thought. Is there anything that would be interchangeable with this one?
  7. Iam changing all the brake lines in my car and while removing one of the lines from the distribution block a nut broke in half. I’ve been looking everywhere online for a new one and can’t find one. Does any one know of one that would be interchangeable? Or do I have to find one from another riv?
  8. I want to service my 3:08 open diff and I was wondering seeing what gear oil should I use? thank you
  9. Nice 67, I bought a 66 riv for my first car last year. It’s also that that gold color like yours, but it’s not as nice as yours
  10. Can you use a cruise control system from a 64 on 66?
  11. Ight makes sense. I just want sure because mines are super rusty. And I want to make sure I get the right size line
  12. Is there a certain thickness I need to ask for or does it not really matter?
  13. I would but it’s too late,They’re stripped. Do you know of any brake like kits for a 66 riv?
  14. Same, it hella rounded off the nut
  15. I was changing the brake hoses on my 1966 riviera and the brake line flare nuts rounded off. So now Iam going to replace all of them. Is there kit I could buy to replace all of them that anyone would recommend?
  16. The boost is good, the pedal isn’t hella hard and doesn’t talk a lot for it to start braking. It just for some reason starts to stick or lock up after awhile of driving. The only reason why I wanted to change the booster and the master cylinder was because I’ve done all the brakes except for the hoses and the brakes are starting to lock up. And the only reason why I replaced them is because it fully Locked up on me and I couldn’t drive it. But I had to change them regardless because I had just bought the car and didn’t have an idea of what the brakes looked like
  17. Damn, that’s the only thing I didn’t do was change those hoses. I replaces everything else but those because they looked nice. Iam going to order them today. Thank you
  18. Also do you have a dual master? If so would you recommend it over the single. I’ve head a lot of mixed feelings on wether or not which is better.
  19. I think Iam going to stick with single pot master. Iam just trying to replace all the brake stuff because my rear brakes keep on sticking/ locking up after awhile of driving it and i’am not sure why. I’ve change all the brakes, hardware, and they’re adjusted. But for some reason they just stick after awhile
  20. Does anyone know if either one of the brake boosters are interchange able with a 66 riv booster. I’ve been looking everywhere and I can find a oem one for sale. If these don’t work does anyone know where I can get one that would? thank you
  21. oh alright, some reason I thought the polyurethane was better. And do you know if the length of the sway bar endlinks matter?
  22. My strut rod bushings are completely shot. And I was wondering if the energy suspension strut rod bushing would work because they don’t look like the originals. So do I get those or the rare part ones? -what are the best sway bar end links to get? I’ve seen that the lengths vary between 7.15 inches and 6 1/2, does the length matter?
  23. Yeah Iam kinda confused too. I have the deluxe interior but I don’t have any courtesy lights at the feet. And all the other classics they just had them
  24. I was wondering does the 66 riviera have courtesy lights at the legs. I’ve been looking to see if I have them under my dash or by the kick panels but I can’t seem to find them . Did they not have them in 66? Or are mines just missing
