I’ve got a reground crank, .04. Under with ford and main bearings.
I also have a good block and new std pistons pins, and rings.
Also rods with new bushings.all un-assembled.
I have a couple single carb manifolds for sale. Good condition, used.
I’m having a hard time finding prices for these.

Hi, I’m looking for the best shop manual for my zephyr. It’s in pieces(I got it that way) and I’d like to put it back together.
Any suggestions.

Are these deflectors not installed in the 1940 V12?
It was mentioned above that the factory started putting them in in 1941.
Should I put them in mine?
Does anyone have a drawing I could make some from, or are they available to buy?

This is more of a what’s the deal question.
So I have three exhaust manifolds here.
The two in the top of pic are tha same except they’re left and right side.
And they both exhaust near one end.
The one on the bottom exhausts out the center.
which is correct for my ‘40 zephyr?
Also, which side is which? The manifolds look like they could go on either side of the engine.
Found this while unpacking Zephyr parts.
Looks like someone decided to crudely cut it for some reason.
Any reason why someone would do this?
What is it?
