Thanks, for the closeup, drwatson. It confirms my suspicions.
I think Buick, Olds, and Pontiac all offered bumper center decorations in 1937.

I think this is a mid to late 1930's bumper center piece ? I suspect Buick or Pontiac, but could not find a picture of it on Google images. it has a slight curvature from top to bottom, and measures about 4 1/2 inches by 12 inches.
I was just going down the other items in this category, and saw (on a query about a hood side panel) a nice picture of a 1937 Cadillac whose front bumper had a center piece like this.
Can anyone confirm this?
Also, If so, will the hub cap center emblem fit on this part?

Thanks, guys! That white Olds 88 looks just like the one my high school principal drove 50 years ago!

Thanks, again! I would have never guessed it was Olds.

I think I have these. Actually, I have the entire front end, including wheels, in nice (indoors) condition.
I'll have to take some pictures, which may be a few days.
1920's or early 1930's windshield

This still has 2 WWII ration stickers, a 1944 Maine inspection sticker, and the very bottom edge of a rare Maine 1943 Maine registration sticker, which is the color of a passenger car sticker.
The top of the windshield is about 41 5/8 inches wide, and the bottom is about 41 7/16 inches wide. It is about 13 3/4 inches high.
I don't see any markings on the steel frame or on the non laminated plate glass. Top and sides are straight steel frame. Bottom is curved edge of glass, with no steel frame at all.
Anyone have an idea of what make of car it was from?
