Seller doesn’t even know what they are. He says they thread together. Any idea?

I know you said no shipping but I could use that window shade as I’m missing one.

I just got this today. It still works, just wanted to show it off.

Hello, I saw your post looking for a radio head. I have 4 different radio heads from mid 30's mo-pars. each have the 3 cables, Attached are pictures of 1 if you think they might work.
Do any of them have a bezel?

I’m looking for the control head/dial for a 1934 Atwater Kent model 666 car radio. It doesn’t necessarily have to be the Atwater Kent model, since I could probably make another type work. In fact, I’d probably prefer a different style than original since I don’t much care for the original.

You are asking someone that logged in as a guest over 20 years ago. The OP is not going to see this and good chance they never came back after posting. They signed up as a guest so were never registered.
Is this for a Dodge Brothers or other brand?

I’ve been waiting for the day someone quotes a post from over 20 years ago.

There was a few different styles a picture would help to find which one you're looking for
Thank you. I’m hoping to find a small, quaint one similar to the one pictured below.
I would hope to find one without the automobile emblem, and I would prefer one with some simple, subdued or light art deco styling.
I do not want one with a lighter or something bulky.

I don’t have a photo of one at the moment but I have seen them referenced in the past. Thanks

Thanks for the input. I probably would have bought it if it hadn’t have been for the non-Dodge Brothers font.

Was browsing the online auctions and saw this badge. Seems homemade. Anyone know if it’s from anything in particular?

Thanks for the model number Minibago. Pretty awesome to know that if worse comes to worse, I can make a German engineered Chinese made part work. Haha

I agree 100%
No offence intended
I was simply responding to the “bump”
Bumped because there were no responses.
I was explaining why.My initial enquiry direct was for two sets of points, rotors and a cap.
Reluctantly, (as I would much prefer originality) I have purchased a brand new VW centrifugal advance distributor complete with points, cap, rotor and condenser which with very minor drive dog modification will fit straight on the original North East mount.
Total cost was less than half of one set of points.
Just saying.
Can you give me a model number for the VW distributor? Thanks

Looking for the model pictured:

I took an old antique spark plug, (the kind that unscrews into separate pieces allowing the porcelain to be removed) and tapped threads into the bottom portion allowing me to essentially have an adapter that goes from the original size to the size of the tester. Works great!

I think 27 is when the two unit 6 volt began.
They switched in mid 1926. My ‘26 has the two unit system.

I know I'm late to the topic but...
Where do you get packing for the water pump? I've got a 1918 touring car with the flathead four cylinder engine.
You can try the tried and true DB parts dealers. myersearlydodge.com and Romardb.com. But I bought my packing from mcmastercarr.com

Romardb.com and myersearlydodge.com have the fiber gear listed for sale.
-
Have you tried Myers Early Dodge https://www.myersearlydodge.com or RomarDB? https://www.romardb.com

Oh I see. So it’s for the distributor. Can I assume it’s for the 12 volt distributor and not the 6?
Edit: Yes, it’s the same picture. I bought the eBay listing. I figured for $25 it was worth the gamble and if it didn’t fit my application I would sell it to one of you fine folks.

Indeed the Myers repro will not fit. My ‘26 has the same neck and will only accept the cap that Machinist Bill pictured. Only available as an original used item, I believe.
