  1. The Master Parts List book does not list casting numbers for large parts like the trans housing.  Apparently if you busted the transmission case they wanted to sell you a complete replacement.  Casting numbers are listed for smaller parts bolted to the trans.  I found numbers in the book for brake or clutch pedals and part of the universal housing to identify a 1926 Standard transmission.

  2. I don't think that is Buick. Several other car makes used similarly stepped fender design.

This pic from 1924 Buick parts book shows a large cutout where the body overhangs the inboard edge of the fender, which was used even on the roadster which had the narrowest body in the rear quarters.

Add another photo of the tail end of your fender to help identify it.

  3. If these were original, there should be scratches and scuff marks crossing the plates from somebody climbing into the car with dirt and rocks stuck to their shoes.   Photo below is original door threshold plates from my 1925 Buick clearly showing wear from use, and as noted above, marring and rust stains from screw heads.

  4. looks like Buick Master 1926-1928 which are 21" measured at the tire bead diameter.  Measure the bolt circle of the 6 acorn nuts on the rear wheel, which has the keyway.  6-3/4" bolt circle fits 120" wheelbase Master models, 7-1/4" fits 128" wheelbase models.
