I have a 499757 from a `41 Pontiac 6cyl. Free if you can use it, pay shipping from 75090. It would need to be repaired where seal rides

I just replaced the freeze plugs on my `35 Pontiac 8cyl. Maybe your engine uses the same type, 1 1/4" expansion convex disc type. I went ahead and replaced all 4. I bought some old stock brass ones. Bought them on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/325895902739

You might be able to get access to it by removing the transmission floorboard cover. I`m not exactly sure if the `37 trans cover includes the toe board, if so it`ll give access, if not the whole toe board will have to be removed.

Copy and paste. Put the curser on your picture, left click, then right click, window pops up, left click "copy". Then you can go to your letter/posting, curser left click, then right click window pops up, left click on "paste". There should be your picture. This also works on statements, paragraphs, and the https:// line, highlight blue(put curser on, hold and sweep across, to turn blue)then right click copy, and you can transfer. Simple as can be once you learn. You can also look up "How to copy and paste" for directions. Good luck

I remember when tires were balanced on the car, in the direction they spin. When removed, and balanced on a machine, are the tires spun in the direction related to where they are mounted on the car? Seems to me they should be.

I`d still like to find out about this `35 Pontiac delivery.

FYI, the right front door vent window, and the left rear vent window, use the same regulator. Also left front, and right rear, are the same.

1936 was the first year of all metal roof.
Actually, 1935 Pontiac, Oldsmobile, and Chevy Master Series, was the first all metal roof, called the Turret Top.

Not sure what you have. Check these out. Here is a correct pump, and rebuild kit. For your 50 series. https://www.ebay.com/itm/276356236503 https://www.ebay.com/itm/384355569514

40 series has 3 ribs on the side of the hood, yours is at least a 50 series. Check the wheelbase to be sure of the larger series.

I`ve always just used a flat blade screw driver, and removed the build up manually. The old grease and dirt buildup, usually comes loose in big chunks, right down to the steel surface, then i use a solvent to clean before painting.

Can you post a picture of the original?

I think you answered your own question.. Series may determine what it`s actually for, i don`t think all `39 Oldsmobile`s had the trim on top. Or maybe 6 or 8 cylinder.
