  1. Hello all. I tryed to adjust the slotted screw that you said, but it is already fully in, are you talking about the "plug" in the center link that tigthens the Pitman arm connection? Another thing is the LF wheel tends to grab/lock sooner than RF wheel even at low speed, indicating a brakes problem, more than a steering problem
  2. After the suspension work, as far as I remember.
  3. Thank you for your answers. In the next few days, I will work on that.
  4. Hello all. Car is a 1951 Super Convertible. Located in Madrid, Spain Some time ago, she begun to pull to the left when braking, so after trying some adjustments, I changed ; All 4 wheel cylinders Front flex hoses Master cyl was rebuilt Shoes relined Anchor pins adjusted, as per shop manual Bleed brakes, two times Car still puls left when braking. tryed swapping drums, left to right, problem continues. Drums appear in good condition, no ridges or irregular surfaces Front suspension was rebuilt some 4000 kilometers ago. I see another post, in Pre War forum (By Shart, sept 15) whit exacly te same problem, bu cannot see if or how it was solved. Hope some one will be able to help. Thank you. Luis
  5. I had the same problem in my 1951 Super 56C. Muggy weld worked perfectly. Even put some reinforcement in the back. Can be replated if needed
  6. Hello, I had the same problem. I used Muggy Weld, and reinforced the center with some additional steel, also using Muggy Weld, then I sent the parts to be rechromed. Good results
  7. Hello, Im Luis Garcia, new to this forum.I`m living in Madrid, Spain, and this makes looking for info more difficult. My car is a 1951 model56C, and I have the problem of the splined shaft seal (Sp132 kit), that I cannot find where to buy it. Can I use the PS463 sold by Bob`s instead? Could you, please give me some more info on how you did with the master cylinder kit? .Perhaps some photos or drawings? Thank you
