  1. I've received some interest but it seems the cost of shipping is an issue - so I talked with Pete and he has asked me to drop he price to $1000.00 plus actual shipping from 04841 Maine.
  2. Well, some interest, but no takers. Anyone for $100.00 with free US shipping?
  3. I was asked by a good friend to see if I could find out what this fit and there is another thread in the "What is it" forum if you would like to go look there too. The only thing that can be said is that it is for a large classic car from the early 1920's as the tag has Patent dates ending in 1920. It measures: 14.5" high - the center is 33" wide and the wings are 15" wide each. I also have a rough fabric skirt that hung down to cover the legs of he passengers. I'm offering this for him at $1200.00 plus shipping at cost with insurance required (UPS is going to be the best option for this) - Ill help ship it anywhere, but Overseas is wicked costly to ship these days so please realize this. If you want to talk with the owner, Ill get you in touch with him - I'm just trying to help out an old friend. Please call 207-323-8994 with questions - leave a message and I will return it (I don't answer at work) - Or you can take your chances by replying here, using a PM thru this site, or e-mail thru the site, but calling is best as I have limited access to this site during the days. Thanks, Mark
  4. This has to have been one of the most reproduced radiator emblems I've ever seen - you rarely see an original on any internet site - let alone this size! This was written up in a WCS club newsletter several years ago and now it is time for someone with a connection to the car to have and enjoy. It has been in my possession for over 25 years. This miniature is a service lapel pin and was an employee thing. The back of the button reads "THE D. L. AULD CO. COLUMBUS OHIO" A well marked screw-back item not to be confused with the cheap tie-tacks from the 1960's and 70's. I'm asking $130.00 including free shipping in the US only - anywhere else is at cost and with insurance required - Overseas is wicked costly to ship these days. Please call 207-323-8994 with questions - leave a message and I will return it (I don't answer at work) - Or you can take your chances by replying here, using a PM thru this site, or e-mail thru the site, but calling is best as I have limited access to this site during the days. 5. This one has Patent dates ending in 1920. I thank you two for the information which I'll pass to the owner and let him decide what he wants done. He was planning on taking it to Hershey and pricing it $1250 on a whim, but was unable to make it due to personal issues in the family. This is usually not the kind of item found in a bunch of Model T parts... Thanks again, Mark
  6. I'm trying to help a friend ID this and have not found much on-line until the early 1930's Classic car items. this accessory tonneau shield has the frames made of wood with nickel-plated corners and hardware. it is complete and everything is sticky from thick grease, but loose & working. The height is 14.5" - the center is 33" wide and the wings are 15" each. Any help on ID or value is appreciated.
  7. I'm pretty sure 1922 - 1924 might go back to 20 but I think the rim style was dropped for the 25 models- the rim is for Big Six models only same lite with a plain rim was Special Six, and the Light 6 was completely different.
  8. Thank you for the information and the link - I ran into Don Lang who is one of the most knowledgeable people in regards to T Fords and he supported that they were not Frontenac but were of value to the speedster guys. My spindles match the ones shown on page 2 of the link you sent - maybe the rough forging has one number and it changes with the machining to either left or right?? Thank you again for the reply. Mark
  9. I picked up the pictured front spindles pretty sure they are Frontenac speed equipment for a Model T Ford - several of the members on the MTFCA site say they look Chevrolet and not T. Can anyone here show pictures of the late 20's Chevrolet front axle to see if these look simmilar - or look up the part number to see if these are Chevrolet for me - it would be great to know. They fit the stock T hub & bearings and the kingpin fits into the T axle like a glove - also Chevrolet Brothers had made the Fronty equipment after GM involvment, there may be a little relation in the design. Thanks, Mark
  10. Here are pictures of front & back of both - shipping within the US 48 would be $6.00 - the Rambler measures ~1-1/2" x 3-1/8" and was soldered to something at some time - the Kelsey badge is 1-1/2" diameter and marked by Bastian Bros. Thanks for your interest, Mark
