Just a quick note.There will be lots of Dodges at the Ironstone Winery on Sept.27 in Muphys, Ca. Great place for the show.Last time I went ,didn't get to see all the cars.Cheers

Cutting out the bad body work & rust.And making new rear panels.The center one is done.I now making the two corners.They will be a little harder.I have the left one all most fitted,came out nice.no pic of it yet.Cheers

Well I had forgot about this build page.Been a long time.Lots has happened.Anyway have been making progress on the old coupe.Lots of metal work.I wanted to show the derusting of the tail lights.I have been looking for a set of 38 Dodge tail lights for years! I have Plymouth ,3 of them .I found these on ebay,and had a friend pay the Buy it now price.I was at the LA roadster show & swap meet this year and found 2 sets.The first set ,the guy wanted $1000 bucks .I told him ,he was more in love with them than I very would be.And almost the same for the other set. Back to the lights.I have a sand blast box,but you can't get in behind small steps. So put them in apple vineager for two days.And rust be gone.Wash with soap & water.And metal prep,primer.I'll post more pix on the rust repair.Coming along good.Cheers

Posting this for a friend.He has had the car for years,garage kept.It has 57,000 miles on it.It has the 352 Police intercepter engine.Front end all rebuilt.Says it runs like a top.One repaint at some time.Very nice car,needs some TLC.Look at the pix and get a hold of him at [email sfgangboss@yahoo .com

Posting this for a friend.We had a blast in this truck in the 70's.Other cars came and went but he kept the truck in his Dads barn.Time to sell it.It has a very low vin no. It was biult in the Oakland Ca, plant.It didn't go far from there,only about 60 miles north.It need a restoration, all parts are there. But it needs a roof ? I don't what happened there. $7500

I did the same thing .I went to a 4 wheel drive shop and got some bushing that fit with a littel work. Came out well.I think I'll do the same with the rear spring bushings too.

Just rebuilding my front end in the 38 .I have never seen a sway bar in any other 38 before ,Have any of you ? I have looked for info ,but can't find any.

I have fixed the rust in the cowl .Now some small spots in the floor . Next I'll do the top of the cowl ,Then then doors. Front to back .
