Some of the bumpers have surface rust on the back side. The green bumpers you see in the photos have a coating the GM factory put on them when new to keep them from being scratched and beatup. Once the coating is peeled off you have shiny. bright chrome. All parts are new OEM New Old Stock Chevrolet/GM parts that have never been installed on a car. Parting 70k mile 1984 Olds Toronado. Pictures available. Nearly mint Grey velour interior, perfect dash and door panels. Very nice seats. Nice chrome bumpers and grille. Will be parting this complete car in the next few weeks, everything is available at this time. Front fenders and deck lid/ hood are rust-free with original paint. Engine runs but has lifter noise.
