  3. I removed my V12 disributor for inspection and noticed the coil brushes were either worn down or stuck in their slots. I want to order and replace these brushes. My guess is that you would normaly just be able to pull them out and stick the new ones in. My problem is, I am unable to grasp any part of the old brushes. Any suggestion on how to get them out without damaging the distributor.
  4. I read someware in a magazine that if you loosen all the bolts just a bit and start the engine so the compression may lift the head just enough for you to remove it.
  5. I first would make a folder titled K.R.Wilson under My Document. You then can go to the pages you wish to save and set your mouse pointer over the page and right click your mouse. A directory will come up giving you options. Select "save picture as" and when asked were to save it I would suggest you save it to a folder that you created in My documents. After saving to this folder you then can print the pages. I hope this helps you
  6. I am not sure why my emails are not coming through to you but I thank you for posting the information

  8. I have 2 KR WILSON testers and was wondering if anyone has a reading material on how to operate them. As you can see there is a wire coming out of the main body part and I have no idea were it's connect to I don't what to dismantle them without knowing how they work. Any help would be appreciated
  9. While working on my V12 I noticed a patch of oil on the floor. On inspecting underneath the car I found the bottom of the pan is covered in oil and it seems to be dripping from a rear cover that is a part of the oil pan. It looks like it can be removed. My question is, can this cover be removed with out removing the oil pan.?
  10. I need to install the heads, carb and fuel pump. Also I am still not sure what to do about the oil pump,as there seems to be so many suggestions on what to use. Thanks for replying to my question Gerry
  11. I started to rebuild my 46 V12 engine about 7 yrs ago and I got as far as getting almost everything done except the oil pump and the top part of the engine. Due to health and money problems I never completly finished building the engine.I am now in the position to finish the job. The engine has been covered for all these years and I was wondering if I can just carry on with the job or do I have to start tearing it back down and start over again.
