Riviera63
I just removed my front turn signal lens and the gasket I had put in new 3 years ago basically fell/ripped apart. It was probably from CARS or ( I hate to say it) OPGI. Does anyone have a source for good lens gaskets or are they all about the same from any source? I really would hate to have to buy a new set every time I have to remove the lens. Thanks. Bill
Seafoam65
Gaskets like that usually tear upon removal because they get stuck to the lens and the housing. You can prevent this by putting vaseline on both sides of the gasket when installing it 1

It would be nice if they would use something other than that lightweight foam though. Not nearly as nice and durable as the originals.
