1920's Clum Lighting Switch????

Need help IDing this 1920's Clum lighting switch. Switch shows Off, Side Tail, Head Tail, and All, also there are two buttons that you can press when one goes in the other one comes out. Well this sure is a difficult piece to find out any information on. Looks like Clum was used on some early model T's but different style. The only labeling I could find on a switch that said "Side Tail and Head Tail" was from a late teens Locomobile, but different manufacturer. I think your best bet would be to get a hold of an old Clum catalog, but good luck, the only free copy I saw out there requires a trip to the University of Wisconsin–Madison to look at their reference books.

Might be truck related, the side lights referring to what we call marker  lights today.
