I made a fan shroud for mine a long time ago, if that is what your interested in let me know and I will look for the pictures.

was pretty easy with just hand tools and a vice, had to weld the corners and the fan cover but it could be brazen.

i could make a better one now that my son has a metal brake.

I got an email recently from Vintage Auto showing 6 or 12 volt radiator fans for virtually any vehicle.  It's usually a problem when idling or driving slow like in a parade.  And removing thermostats from the top hoses in warm weather can help.  Those brass deflectors help if you can find them.  We will always wonder what a little more real engineering might have been done to improve the V12s!
