Patrick91914
Ebay item 180262522245 claims to be a '65 Riviera GS; however, a close examination reveals an 11E build date on a large emblem car (should be a small emblem car). The "Gran Sport" emblems are also not properly located. I've written the seller to ask for verification of the transmission code and that the car has posi-traction.Anyone interested in the car should thoroughly research how to authenticate the coveted '65 Riv GS or risk being one of those suckers born every minute. BadgerRivFan
The engine's red, the center caps are '66 to '70, and the trunk material is wrong. Not that I'm trying to pick apart anybody's car - but Patrick is right - buyer beware...
rivgs
Add ebay item 130238813449 to the list, fender Gran Sport emblems in wrong place, wrong glove box emblem and painted valve covers on an original car. looks like a "conversion" done some time ago. Fancy it must be a super duper rare special order GS lol.
