That ebay one has damage that I would find unacceptable. There are used ones with no damage but you have to be patient and look constantly for them. If you want undamaged and right now, then paying the premium for NOS would be the way to go. Used TC parts follow a general rule, buy it when you see a good part at a great price and hold onto it for when you might need it down the road.
