auburnseeker
I recently acquired some Cord parts and in the batch were a couple of signal light levers. They are identical except the knob color is an Ivory on this one and the other was green. I know they aren't Cord. Any guesses? I was thinking GM but I couldn't find any direct matches. Wild guesses welcome. I googled images several ways and still no luck .

auburnseeker
Something keeps making me think GM, but image searches haven't turned up a match yet.
auburnseeker
Another 1/2 hour searching still no matches. I'm sure it looks somewhat familiar to someone. Very similar to the 53-54 Corvette but not quite right at the base. Wild guesses welcome.
auburnseeker
What about a 1951 Packard http://www.borthautoparts.com/images/cars/packard/1951%20Packard%20200%20Deluxe%20288%20Engine/1951%20Packard%20Turn%20Signal%20Switch.jpgI even have one in the same green as shown. Dave Mellor NJ
This was labeled as a 51 Packard so you might be on to something but other pics showed different levers.

Dave Mellor NJ
The 3 pics above came from Hudsy Wudsy's thread http://forums.aaca.org/f169/have-favorite-dashboard-344325.html. On page three there's a post that says the packard dash was from a modified car.I see it's automatic and AC.Anyway it's good reading.
auburnseeker
Olds and Caddy are out. They both have a step or ribs in them. Packard still seems like a possible match. Only the early 50's though. Maybe up to 53. All the elements and even the size looks correct. I would love to find a photo of one not screwed into the hub. That would confirm it if it is. I will say I like the way they used the original wheel and shift lever knob even a hazard knob that has an OEM look. I don't care for the control panel. I would have done a little something different with that but overall a good job.
