1941 plymouth buss coupe

Dose anyone know and easy way to adjust the left rear brake on these cars without the special tool needed. I had to remove the drum, which is a job with a puller and need to replace the wheel cylinder. These types of brakes seem like a job to get right. I have looked into articles on how to adjust but one seems more complicated then the other. Thanks in advance

That said, I get them as close as possible with my Ammco 1750 tool and only play with the minor adjustors and feel for the last step.
