Jolly_John
Hi, Gang. I purchased a Purolator PV-13 PCV valve for use on my 1963 Studebaker.....it looked right, but I later figured out the vacuum flow is the opposite of what I need. Can someone please provide me with the vehicle application(s) for the Purolator PV-13 PCV valve? That way, I can get it passed along to someone who can use it. Thanks for any help. John
Jolly_John
Hi again. Does anyone have a 1960's-early 1970's Purolator Catalog that could show what this Purolator PV-13 PCV valve fits? I appreciate any help. Thanks. John
Fleek
could there be a third number? The references I have found all have 3 numbers. There was a PV-613 that was replaced by PV-722 for 6 cyl Chevys in that general timeframe. That was the closest I found.
Jolly_John
Awfullly nice of you to respond, Fleek. No...unfortunately there is no third digit to be found. The original Purolator box is clearly marked PV-13....and the PCV valve itself has "PV-13" stamped into its metal body.Again, I would date the manufacturing date to the middle 1960's. Thank you for the time you took, Fleek! I appreciate that. Best, John
