Trunk, hood and door bumpers and rubber

Do you any of you folks know what one can use to replace the rubber bumpers on the hood and doors and the trunk rubber? I know Pat Terhune sells the bottom seals for the doors, as well as fender skirts, but need a source for the rest of the rubber if possible.

Ace, Narragansett Restorations in Rhode Island has door weatherseal, trunk gasket and hood and door bumpers. I'm certain that Alan Wheilahan and Earle Brown have these items also.

BTW, Ace -- Congratulations on getting the engine back in and up and running! Tell us how she sounds, especially in comparison to your Mustang. Is it as smooth as people have told me?

I have not heard it run for more than around 30 seconds, we have yet to get the radiator on, but even with hearing the engine clatter through the water hose inlets, it is very, very quiet. Now consider that is with the hood up and no grill at all on the car. Even though there is a hole near the point where the two exhaust pipes come together, there is very little noise. Is so smooth that nothing on the car vibrates, and we had the doors open too. The wonder of a flathead, you guys are going to love this! Get the water hooked up, we will finish the fine tuning and take it out on the road. Can't wait. We can also check out any potential cooling problems, if any, at that point, and get a read on the oil pressure (put the high pressure pump in with thenew engine work). Guys it is something. By the way, just bought a working 37 radio. Can't wait to get it in place too. Hope I am ready for our local montly cruise night the third Saturday in August.
