George Madsen
I was just thinking about a post I read on the discussion page earlier today concerning cowl shake. I have seen three 1991 convertibles with cocktail shakers (cowl shake eliminators). They are connected to the rear body panel of the car where the bumper energy absorber is bolted to the body. They hang from brackets in the space just in front of the rear panel under the trunk floor. They are about 4"x 4"x 6' and I think they are filled with lead shot (buckshot). Does anyone have these on their 1991 convertible?
Booreatta
George I have never heard of such a thing, does it work, I always thought it was some thing like a snipe hunt?
Barney Eaton
I have the service bulletin that released these parts, if I can find it I will post the picture. Stan Leslie, says there was a later bulletin that removed the "fix".
