rfamily
Hi, I'm trying to figure out the differance between a 1929 DA and a Senior Six. The car has places for a spare tire on each side of the car. ThanksRuss

The Library may be able to provide photos and specifications on the two cars.Click on "Library" in the right column of the home page, or...717-534-2082E-Mail: kmiller@aacalibrary.org 501 W. mrpushbutton
A DA is the regular Dodge chassis, engine, trans, body, just you regular Dodge for that year. The Senior Six is basically an assembled car--This model was seen by Chrysler, the new owners of Dodge as an upscale/ middle priced model. The engine is a Continental, the trans is a Detroit Gear, the bodies mainly were supplied by Murray. It was a quick way for Dodge, under Chrysler to get an upscale model going quickly. They are excellent cars and are still a lot of car for the money.
