Need to Identify This Touring Car

Can anyone identify this 1910-ish Touring Car for me? Thanks.

1910 EMF. 1909 has rear doors with moulding across the middle and an offset in the panel, sidelamps on 1909 have flair fronts, these are plain. 1911 cars have updated fenders and new smooth side bodies.

Distinctive horn too! I wonder if they were proprietary as I don't remember seeing them on other cars?
