Guest themousepolice
Actually, I have had it a month now. I Love this ride. I knew it would be a project car when I got it. These boards have a wealth of info I plan to mine. Already have one headlight that likes to wink from time to time. And the radio has the hiss crackle I've read about here. I'm a bit of a purest and would like to keep it as original as possible but, the tape deck is dead. My small town has a car show monthly but I'll wait til it's actually of proper age to place it. Guest F14CRAZY
Welcome. Those Claret Red Reattas kinda grew on me.BTW, have you bled out your brake system yet and performed the Reatta.net brake tests? Good stuff to do.There's a rebuilder of those head units/radios. Someone else probably remembers who. Don't be afraid to show it off . Hopefully we'll eventually have another Reatta Homecoming.I think gray inerior with Claret is a bit rare. From what I know, they mostly had Claret interiors, then tan/Saddle.If you want some performance mod ideas, or have too much time and/or money, I've authored a number of posts

Roadster90
There have been several stereo repair shops listed here over time...below is one.Radio, tape, and cd specialists:A Southern Electronics10625A Trad RoadRichmond, Virginia804 379 5601Several board members have used this organization (as well as myself) and seem satisfied. I think I paid about 175.00 for stereo-tape repair about 3 years ago.
