Guest mtworkshop
My car is an 89 light yellow, ginger and black 8 valve. I haven't a clue of the actual value of the car, however; if the amount of money and time that I have spent on it were added in, my car would now be worth approximately $40,678.59 <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
Willhelm Reichert
It's listed in the CPI (cars of particular interest) for Nada. The value this year for mint is $11,xxx. Last year was $4,2xx. Don't count on getting close to that though when selling. The 16 valve is +10% which is not right (too little) in my opinion. I would guess the top value would be a mint car with the complete service records and a name like Paul Hogan attached. Of course Frank Sinatra's woody Reliant K car didn't bring much last year. DonziClassic
For what it is worth, we just purchased our 1st & 2nd Tc and insured with Hagerty. They wanted to give #1, '91 model a stated value of $20,000. The car is in near perfect cond. but does have 104,000 miles. Haven't called yet on #2. These cars have to be the bargain of a lifetime, as far as I am concerned. T
