I have just purchased a 29 with a v-8 it is a 4 door sedan is this an antique or classic i can't seem to find the CCCA classic list thanks

Congratulaions on your purchase.

You won't find the CCCA Classic list on this web site.

This is the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) not the Classic Car Club of America (CCCA). But!

Here's the link to the AACA Judging manual.

AACA Judging Manual

According to AACA Rules your 1929 Cadillac is a Classic and will be in Judging Class 18e. 1928-1929 Specifically named Classic Vehicles.

All Cadillacs of those years are in the Classic Class.
