Aluminum adaptor plate

Had guessed that this was Crosley engine to Ford V-8 60 transmission but the clutch throwout seems to work the wrong way. Marked 102-S, 4 bolts on 4 5/8 x 2 3/4" pattern, 3 1/4" center hole, 11 3/8" diameter machined recess. Certainly will appreciate any help on ID. THANKS
