Mark Shaw Posted April 6, 2006 Share Posted April 6, 2006 I found a source for torsion type external brake springs for my 15 Buick. They are under $20 each if ordered by the dozen. I am prepared to take requests for those who need spares or replacements. These springs tend to break over time especially if you tour your car often or drive down lots of hills.These are 1 1/2' diameter torsion springs as shown in the attached photo.
