Nice steering wheel - or has anyone had theirs restored and can recommend someone? Mine is cracked in 5 places. This is the hard rubber one.thanks, A.J. K8096 Posted March 27, 2006 Share Posted March 27, 2006 I thought 1928 used a wood steering wheel. 1929 & 1930 used a black hard rubber 4 spoke wheel, and 1931 & newer used a three spoke design.
