Guest imported_GeorgeCagle
Greetings, I believe that your '35 used the same engine as my '37 Dictator, a 218 ci. This engine was used up to about 1960 in various Commanders and in trucks. They all look about the same on the outside. The later engines went to a larger displacement and had insert shell bearings. starlightcoupe
First prduction was 189.8 cid in 32 Rockne. Final Studebaker Commander flathead in 1950 automobiles and 1960 trucks; not sure of displacement.
