Rc16 Posted October 22, 2004 Share Posted October 22, 2004 Just purchased a mint '90 coupe with 79k. Immaculate in every aspect BUT ... need to know. Can anything be done with the v-6 engine and the auto trans to "beef up" the HP and performance ? You need to go to the Reatta forum if you havent already. Lower final drives can be had. The most popular performance upgrade for all transverse GM cars has been the L67 drivetrain swap, even in mid engine Fieros. Its all major work however and no easy bolt on stuff is around. Theres a few guys with performance on the Reatta forum. Such a good looking car so fitting of some of the greatest Buick styling. Long gone Im afraid.
