Kanter may have good parts, but they are a bit on the expensive side.
They have a lot of overhead: 4 color catalog, lots of advertising.
I have heard stories at my local Buick Club Chapter about them charging your credit card when you place the order, and sometimes not shipping for weeks. Problems with credits and returns also.
Different business philosophies... Some merchants would rather charge your card right away, rather than risk it not going through, if they special order something for you, and it takes a while to come in.
Call your credit card company. They more than often side with the consumer. I know, I am a credit card merchant.
I would call Kanter first, and request a return authorization first. If they don't comply, then call your credit card company.
They will side with you.
I have had much success with Buick Specialists, now called Buick World. Deal with Jim Macey and you will have no problems.
Scott Mich
Assistant Director
Chicagoland Chapter
1955-76C
1959 Olds SS-88

Scott is absolutely correct.
I've posted on the subject of using credit cards and making the credit card company earn their money. Always use a credit card for mail order/internet purchases. If the goods don't show or are not what was ordered/promised, etc, the card company will settle the issue for you. See the back of your monthly card statement for the required procedures.
Happy holidays,
JMC

So Nino,
Is everything resolved? If not, why don't you call them up and mention that you have discussed their business practices on the BCA website, and you would love to leave a final reply that everything has been cleared up.
