We have disconnected it (as far as I know from the fire wall and it appears to be loose but it won't come out.Any help will be greatly appreciated. However there is a yahoo group called "flairbirds" that has been of much help to me. I do remember them discussing how to take out a heater core without dismantling the whole dash.
