Most shops do not want to get involved in patching rust and paint work due to the possible warranty issues. Especially since you want to do this on a limited budget.Your best bet is to find someone who is doing work "on the side"...there are a lot of guys that do such work and you might get an answer from someone in the Illinois Valley Club. Ask for Brent Jarvis, the owner, and tell him that I recommended him.They build , modify, race and restore.
