Guest imported_GeorgeCagle
The second Monday of September is almost here! I plan to drive my TR-3a to work. Our local British car club (North Alabama British Motoring Society) will all be driving their LBCs also (little British cars). This is a great idea and I hope to see lots of great cars everywhere. 6219_Rules
I drive my '47 every day I can. I love to motor about Longmont in it. Every now and then I take it to Denver. That is the joy of owning a Classic! <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
John N. Packard
I'll be following Amphicar's suggestion and be in the garage working on mine while the rest of you enjoy motoring on the Interstates. I did that for 33 years, 50 miles one-way, and that's enough! My excuse for buying three of my antiques was to run them as a second car. I put 10K miles on two of them and 60K on another. Don't think I would try it today at the 70+ mph speeds that are now normal out there. Have a great drive on Monday!jnp
