What are the best classic car museums in California?

I believe the Nethercutt in Sylmar CA is the best overall.... you need an reservation to get into the main building but the building

across the street requires no reservations,  admission is free and free parking.

The Peterson in LA is probably #2

The Blackhawk is worth going to but I have heard they have reduced the number of cars, it is in Danville/Walnut Creek area

There was a great one in Oxnard but it has closed and the cars are being sold.

A small one in Duarte is Justice Brothers and contains vintage race cars (open wheel) admission is free.

The NHRA Motorsposts Museum is out in the same area east of LA  in Pomona and has an admission fee

I'm sure others have their favorites and some are not publicized
