DM37
I dug into the depths of Mordor (33-36 Packard Shop Manual) to finally get actual dimensions for Packard V12 Fan Belts (not just the Parts Book 237887 or 239811 Numbers listed in the dumbed-down 37-39 Shop Manual). See my crossover info at: https://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/parts/index.php?cat=20&catname=ENGINE Then finally located the Gates Crossover Belt Number: TR24500 at: https://www.gates.com/content/dam/gates/home/knowledge-center/resource-library/catalogs/gates_passcarlighttruck_vintage_4312050_2016.pdf Amazing that such basic service info was so elusive...hopefully I save someone else some time. 2

Thank you VERY much for the link to the 2016 Gates catalog with the current "TR+5 digits" numbers for old vehicles. I have a paper copy of the similar 1995 Gates catalog with now-superseded 3-digit numbers. I spot-checked some of my vehicles and see that those, at least, are identical with my recent experience. Good parts houses have always been able to transfer individual 3-digit numbers into the current TR+5 but it is very helpful to have a digital reference of the current numbers. Grimy
Afterthought: I just checked Paige automobile listings and see that the FLAT (not vee) belt old #822 (3 digits, of course) is still valid for 1920-1927 Paige autos.
