Joao46
Hi. Has anyone here rebuilt a vacuum wiper motors with those $10 rebuilt kits available from Ford Model A suppliers? I just did and the friction between the ‘paddle’ that swings back and forth in the unit is high enough the vacuum cannot pull it. Anyone had the same experience? Mark Gregush
Did you lube the paddle? Think it was Vaseline. Following recommendation from Trico folder from back in the day, I have used Dot 3 brake fluid to revive mine.
dodge28
I was advised forget about vacuum motors. They are worn inside . Go to Electric . American Bosh is the way to go.
