But I don't understand the use of the . . ., called an ellipse, after the forum title.   In the context it is grammatically incorrect, the correct use is to signify a pause in dialogue or words omitted from a quote. 

 

I know, I can't help it.  It's like parking a trailer crooked next to a fence.
