This one is in really nice shape,has one loose spoke that the nipple failed on. Clincher edges are excellent,not rusty like a knife blade. Lots of good metal shown at the airhole. It was primed over very minor pitting,so it could use more sanding and priming if wanted. A few spots of rust residue possibly out of spots that primer couldn't get in to.
